Mr. Schmolke was introduced to me through a commercial contractor friend. This contractor and I knew one another through a friendship around sporting activities. I asked this contractor who he knew that could help out with a residential remodel of my walkout basement. He didn't hesitate and referred me to Darren Schmolke.
